Fair Use Policy

ListCraft is built for real estate agents who need fast, high-quality property content. To keep the service reliable and affordable for everyone, each plan includes a generous monthly generation allowance designed to exceed typical usage.

Generation Allowances

For reference, an agent listing 10 properties per week and generating descriptions, headlines, and social posts for each would use roughly 120-150 generations per month.

Premium AI Model

Pro plan subscribers get access to our premium AI model, which produces richer, more nuanced copy across all five tools. Free and Starter plans use our standard model, which still delivers excellent results for everyday listing content.

What Happens When You Reach Your Limit

When your monthly allowance is used up, you'll see a notification and won't be able to generate new content until your allowance resets at the start of your next billing cycle. Your existing generations and history remain accessible. If you consistently need more, consider upgrading to a higher plan.

Prohibited Use

ListCraft is designed for individual real estate agents and small teams. The following uses are not permitted:

• Automated or scripted access to the generation API
• Reselling generated content as a service
• Sharing account credentials across multiple users
• Using the service for purposes other than real estate content
